  * 2 bedroom units: $365
  * 3 bedroom units: $405


==== Benefits and Guidelines ====
Monthly dues are due on the 1st of every month. Monthly dues pay for the following services:

  * Water
  * Sewer
  * Garbage
  * Street, Parking, Sidewalk Maintenance
  * Landscaping Maintenance
  * Exterior Lighting Needs
  * General Exterior Repair and Maintenance
  * Insurance

Please notify the Board (woodtiqueheights@gmail.com) about any issues with exterior lighting or damage to your unit.  The Board appreciates owners' suggestions and feedback. Please contact the Board if you have a suggestion or are interested in helping on one of the committees listed below, or have an idea for a committee not listed.
