The common area consists of 6.37 beautiful acres in a natural park-like setting with Douglas fir, cedar, madrone, black oak, and rhododendrons. Deer and a variety of bird species visit regularly. Amenities include a recreation room, a laundry room and spacious parking. Water and garbage are included in the monthly HOA dues.
