Welcome to Woodtique Heights, a condominium complex managed and maintained by our elected Woodtique Heights Homeowners Association Board of Directors.
About Woodtique
Woodtique condominiums were built in 1974, and are located in the Southwest hills of Eugene. There are 50 units distributed among (12) one, (26) two, and (12) three bedroom units. The common area consists of 6.37 beautiful acres in a natural park-like setting with Douglas fir, cedar, madrone, black oak, and rhododendrons. Deer and a variety of bird species visit regularly. Amenities include a recreation room, a laundry room and spacious parking. Water and garbage are included in the monthly HOA dues. Minutes away from the University of Oregon and conveniently located for both work and recreation.
