Controlling Mold and Mildew
Let's face it! We live in a moist and humid climate. Moisture buildup is the leading cause of mold and mildew in our region. So, to prevent them from building up in your home, view our suggested guidelines here or download here.
Don't Speed
The speed limit within the complex is 10 miles per hour, and signs are posted at each entrance. Please, drive slow, and check your speed to be sure you are not exceeding the limit.
Neighborhood Watch!
Please watch out for each other's interests here at Woodtique. By keeping an eye out and getting to know your neighbors, and your board members, we can prevent crime at Woodtique.
Stay aware and practice reasonable security measures. Lock your vehicle and do not keep anything of value inside your car or trunk. Another simple suggestion we can all do is “keep our porch lights on!”, and promptly report any area lights that are out. Please do so faithfully, for your own safety, as well as your neighbors.
Vacations
Please let your neighbor, or Woodtique Board of Directors know if you are going to be gone for any extended period of time.
