• 3 bedroom units: $360

Monthly dues are due on the 1st of every month. Monthly dues pay for the following services:

• Water
• Sewer
• Garbage
• Street, Parking, Sidewalk Maintenance
• Landscaping Maintenance
• Exterior Lighting Needs
• General Exterior Repair and Maintenance
• Insurance

Please notify the Board (woodtiqueheights@gmail.com) about any issues with exterior lighting or damage to your unit. The Board appreciates owners' suggestions and feedback. Please contact the Board if you have a suggestion or are interested in helping on one of the committees listed below, or have an idea for a committee not listed.
