Welcome to Woodtique Heights, a condominium complex managed and maintained by our elected Woodtique Heights Homeowners Association Board of Directors.
About Woodtique
Built as apartments in 1974, the Woodtique complex is comprised of 50 units which rest on 6.37 acres in the southwest hills of Eugene, Oregon.
In 1978, the apartments were transferred to condominium ownership. There are a total of 16 buildings on the grounds, 14 of which contain the 50 units, in one and two-story buildings.
Each of the 50 units owns two percent (2%) 
interest in the general common elements. One of the additional buildings contains the laundry room and recreation room, while the other is the storage/tool shed for our grounds maintenance.
The complex also has a heated outdoor pool (temporarily closed) that is open during the summer months for residents, and resident guests, only.
We owe a BIG THANKS to Shari, as she contributes much of her time and energy to our Homeowners Association and overseeing the care of our complex! All Woodtique owners owe her a debt of gratitude for her extraordinary efforts to do all those little things that make our complex run efficiently, in spite of the numerous challenges we face.
