Welcome to Woodtique Heights, a condominium complex managed and maintained by our elected Woodtique Heights Homeowners Association Board of Directors.
About Woodtique
Woodtique Condominiums were built in 1974, and are located in the south hills of Eugene. The 50 units, distributed among one and two-story buildings, include one, two and three bedroom layouts. The common area of 6.37 acres includes Douglas Fir, Cedar, Madrone, Black Oaks, and mature rhododendrons. Amenities include a laundry room, recreation room and heated outdoor pool (temporarily closed).
